- Source and onboard qualified refrigerated carriers to expand carrier network coverage
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with carrier partners through regular communication
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure competitive rates and reliable service levels
- Monitor carrier performance metrics and address service quality issues proactively
- Coordinate freight movements between internal teams and carrier partners
- Prepare regular reports on carrier capacity, performance, and network coverage
- Identify and implement process improvements for carrier onboarding and management
- Stay updated on industry trends and carrier market dynamics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven track record in relationship building and contract negotiation
- Strong knowledge of refrigerated transport and cold chain logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
