Tanggung Jawab
- Source and recruit new refrigerated carriers to expand the company's transportation network.
- Negotiate freight rates, terms, and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective carrier partners.
- Monitor carrier performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality standards.
- Ensure consistent freight coverage and proactively resolve capacity shortages or logistical issues.
- Review carrier insurance and compliance documentation to mitigate risk.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage client expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with freight management software and logistics processes is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Central Visayas region as needed.
