As a Case Manager, you will lead the implementation of personalized learning plans, provide targeted mentoring, and facilitate communication among key stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Provide direct mentoring and academic coaching to students to support their emotional and cognitive development.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between parents, faculty members, and external service providers.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting learning strategies based on ongoing assessment data.
  • Manage departmental budgets for special education materials and specialized support services.
  • Ensure full compliance with institutional policies and national regulations regarding student data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create an inclusive and accessible campus environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Relevant license (e.g., LET) or certification in Special Education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in case management or educational support services.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive pedagogy and current special education best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative documentation, reporting, and budget management.
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and professional maturity.
