URBANICA is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Jakarta Utara. As our Financial Controller, you will be the backbone of our fiscal health. Your mission is to establish rigorous internal controls that minimize revenue leakage and implement advanced anomaly detection protocols. You will work closely with management to drive budget efficiency and provide actionable financial insights that fuel our growth in a fast-paced market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee comprehensive cash management and budget tracking systems tailored for F&B operations.
- Implement proactive internal control measures to prevent financial leakage and ensure asset security.
- Conduct regular financial audits to detect anomalies and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operational budgets and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze variance reports and provide recommendations to improve profit margins.
- Maintain precise documentation of all financial transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial control, preferably within the F&B or Hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local F&B-specific POS/ERP systems).
- Deep understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive mindset toward fraud prevention and process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
