We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cash Management & Insurance Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all cash management activities and insurance-related processes to ensure smooth financial operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and liaising with insurance providers.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding company assets and optimizing cash flow. You will handle daily cash receipts and disbursements, reconcile bank statements, and manage insurance claims and renewals. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in finance or accounting, preferably with some experience in cash management or insurance administration. You should be comfortable working with numbers, have strong analytical skills, and be proficient in accounting software and MS Office. A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow, including processing receipts, payments, and bank transfers
- Reconcile bank statements and cash ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Monitor and maintain cash position reports for management review
- Coordinate insurance renewals, claims, and policy administration
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to cash and insurance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and insurance policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in cash management, accounting, or insurance administration
- Strong understanding of financial principles and insurance processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with ability to meet deadlines
