- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Cash Management products to wholesale banking clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' cash management requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and available banking solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and financial analyses
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial sales, with at least 2 years in cash management or treasury solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of cash management products, treasury operations, and corporate banking services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications in treasury management, cash management, or sales are advantageous
