- Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing order inquiries and special requests
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance customer experience
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Uphold cleanliness standards for front-of-house operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math proficiency
