Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout interactions
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
- Manage inventory reconciliation for cash handling equipment
- Maintain organized and secure cash handling procedures
- Assist with basic store operations and merchandising support
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or customer service roles
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices preferred
