Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? Bambu Fitness Bali is seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team at our stunning Uluwatu location. As the first point of contact for our members, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on a premium fitness experience, and our front desk staff are essential in maintaining that standard.
In this role, you will manage daily financial transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in all sales and service charges. You will assist members with inquiries, process membership renewals, and provide information about our classes and facilities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with a diverse community of fitness enthusiasts. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting members and directing visitors.
- Process all payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, card, and mobile transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise or locker supplies.
- Handle member inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, and facility amenities.
- Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
- Support the sales team by upselling services and products when appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Basic math skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or POS software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
