Tanggung Jawab
- Process passenger ticket sales, reservations, and related transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments while maintaining proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to airline passengers and resolve inquiries professionally
- Balance daily cash drawers and ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Assist with boarding passes, baggage tags, and check-in documentation
- Collaborate with airport staff to maintain smooth operational flow
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial records
- Support promotional activities and provide information about airline services and routes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or airline preferred)
- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
