Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently at the restaurant counter
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and cash management
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service to all guests
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage end-of-shift reconciliations
- Assist with food preparation support and kitchen operations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Proficiency in Filipino and working knowledge of English for communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
