In this fast-paced environment, you will handle a variety of transactions including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Accuracy and efficiency are key as you manage the checkout process during peak hours. You'll also collaborate with the service team to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
- Provide welcoming and friendly service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist with end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent numerical and mathematical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
