In this role, you will handle day-to-day cash operations, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling the cash drawer. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process all customer transactions using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and ensure proper change is given.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports.
- Provide prompt and courteous service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with restocking front-end supplies and maintaining a clean checkout area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient floor operations and guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items or promotions to enhance sales.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience as a cashier in hospitality or retail.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance training is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
