As a Cashier, you will manage the in-store check-out process with precision and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during the checkout process.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout counter area.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cashier roles is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to perform basic math calculations quickly.
- Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on one's feet.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
