As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every transaction is processed with speed, accuracy, and a welcoming smile. We are looking for someone who understands that great service goes beyond just handling money—it's about contributing to the unforgettable experience our guests expect from PISON.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions (cash, credit card, and digital payments) with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the start and end of every shift.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional assistance to all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding billing, promotions, and outlet information.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth floor operations during peak hours.
- Generate daily sales reports and perform end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout workstation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience as a Cashier in a restaurant, cafe, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to communicate with international guests.
- Exceptional numerical ability and high attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, well-groomed, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software.
