Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during all checkout interactions
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries
- Maintain organized checkout areas and transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to company security protocols for cash handling
- Support inventory management and merchandising tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or customer service role
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Integrity and trustworthiness in financial transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of hospitality/tourism industry preferred
