Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments, ensuring all receipts are issued promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales and cash balances, balancing the register at the end of each shift to ensure financial integrity.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests, answering inquiries and resolving payment issues with a smile.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and preparing reports for the management team.
- Keep the cashier counter and workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle cash deposits and transfers to the bank according to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the front desk and service team to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to checkout.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in a cashier, retail, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong basic math skills with high accuracy in handling cash and financial records.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic computer applications.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work well under pressure.
