Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and transaction reports
- Maintain organized checkout area and ensure proper cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to company security policies for cash handling
- Support store operations by assisting with merchandising and cleanliness
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
