Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Manage cash drawer operations including counting, reconciliation, and secure storage
- Verify payment methods, process refunds/exchanges per company policy
- Maintain organized checkout area and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and daily sales reporting
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy
- Uphold hygiene standards and contribute to a clean work environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or customer service role
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial software
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced dining environments
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
