Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems (ESB experience preferred)
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate in a 3-shift system to ensure coverage during business hours
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent education
- At least 1 year of cashier experience
- Experience in bar, restaurant, or cafe environment is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically ESB
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent honesty, discipline, and reliability
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules
