Tanggung Jawab
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems to process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in handling company revenue and maintain a balanced cash drawer at the start and end of every shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with billing inquiries.
- Generate detailed shift reports and reconcile daily sales transactions with financial records.
- Maintain a clean and organized payment counter area to ensure a professional environment for all guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure bill accuracy for all dining orders.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding financial safety and loss prevention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Cashier, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar role within the hospitality/F&B industry.
- Strong ethical standards and a reputation for honesty and financial integrity.
- Basic mathematical skills with high attention to detail for handling cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with hotel guests effectively.
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
