Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and refreshments.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, accurate product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and service area at all times.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and digital transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience and meet daily sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in a cashier, barista, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and point-of-sale software is a plus.
