- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking accurate orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea beverages, coffee drinks, and desserts according to recipes
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, counters, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring product quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Learn and promote new menu items and promotional offers
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista, cashier, or in food service is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
