Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash and electronic transactions accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and safety standards
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service while managing multiple orders
- Maintain clean and organized service areas including bar and checkout stations
- Assist with food preparation and order fulfillment during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous cashier or bartending experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be of legal drinking age (for alcohol service)
