Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries about products and services
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain organized and secure cash handling procedures in compliance with company policies
- Assist with branch operational tasks including loan processing documentation
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and customer information
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or customer service role preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail in financial transactions
- Proficiency in basic cash register operations and office equipment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to serve diverse customer base
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial responsibilities
