Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods with strict attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and helpful service, answering customer inquiries regarding menu items or services.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow during peak hours.
- Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA hospitality background preferred).
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role within hospitality.
- Strong proficiency in basic mathematics and POS system operation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset.
