Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash payments, credit cards, and digital transfers while maintaining strict cash reconciliation standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance regarding products and services.
- Maintain a tidy, organized checkout area and ensure merchandise displays are well-kept.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is a plus but not strictly required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work part-time, including weekends and public holidays.
