Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods with precision and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and generate shift reports.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, honest, and professional in appearance.
- Friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
