Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to all guests, addressing inquiries with a smile.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and report findings to the supervisor.
- Support the team by maintaining product inventory awareness at the point of sale.
- Uphold company service standards and health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a hospitality-related role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong integrity, accuracy in counting money, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive, proactive, and friendly attitude toward guests and teammates.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
