Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating or order placement.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and vouchers with high precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience as a Cashier in an F&B environment is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
