Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and digital payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers regarding product inquiries.
- Generate and reconcile daily sales reports and cash drawer balances.
- Upsell promotional items to meet monthly sales targets and earn incentives.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure inventory accuracy during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum educational background of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Strong integrity and high attention to detail, especially when handling cash.
- Proficient in basic math skills and retail POS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
