Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital wallets with high attention to detail.
- Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area throughout the shift.
- Manage daily sales reporting and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Promote loyalty programs and share information about Bali Buda’s healthy product offerings.
- Coordinate with floor staff to ensure stock levels at the counter are adequate.
- Resolve basic customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong numerical skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in basic computer and POS system operation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine interest in healthy, organic, and sustainable living.
