Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, efficient service during payment transactions.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment processing with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional point-of-sale (POS) workstation.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and requests regarding billing or general information.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accurate accounting.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure smooth guest turnover and communication.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and customer information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier, retail, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Honest, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm and friendly in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems or general computer literacy.
