Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, check, and electronic payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle donations and sponsor payments with proper documentation and receipting
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily transaction logs
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries regarding payments and donations
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for the finance team
- Assist with fundraising campaigns and events as needed
- Ensure cash drawer is balanced and secure at all times
- Follow established financial protocols and Red Cross policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial services preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
