Tanggung Jawab
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently for customers exchanging currencies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and daily cash balances
- Provide excellent customer service while processing currency exchanges
- Verify the authenticity of banknotes and coins to prevent counterfeit issues
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Stay updated on current exchange rates and currency regulations
- Assist with other cashier duties as required by the management team
- Uphold security protocols and maintain a secure cash handling environment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a cashier or in cash handling is preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of currency exchange is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts
