Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash register operations and process various payment methods accurately (cash, credit card, e-wallets).
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, including handling inquiries and resolving minor service concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area throughout the shift.
- Ensure all sales transactions are recorded accurately in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Perform end-of-day cash counts and reconcile sales reports with payment receipts.
- Collaborate with the serving team to ensure efficient customer flow and service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of the current menu, promotions, and loyalty programs to assist customers effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role within the F&B/Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail regarding financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a commitment to hygiene standards.
