As a key member of our frontline team, you will be the face of our cafe. You will handle transactions with precision, ensure our delicious bakery items are packed with care, and help maintain the pristine standard of our workspace. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer entering the cafe.
- Ensure all bakery items are packed securely and attractively for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front-of-house area.
- Assist with basic dishwashing duties to support cafe operations during busy shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding our coffee and bakery menu.
- Assist the team in maintaining inventory levels and restocking display units.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Proven experience in a customer service, retail, or food & beverage environment is a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic hygiene and sanitation awareness for food handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
