Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide information about premium laundry services and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system, handling cash and digital payments.
- Record inventory details, including garment types, stains, and special care instructions provided by customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house store environment.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely garment processing and status updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare daily sales reports and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail/customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling garment documentation and payment processing.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile/tablet-based POS systems.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based position with a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Honest, disciplined, and possess a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
- Based in or residing within a commutable distance to Tangerang Selatan.
