Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
  • Manage end-of-shift reconciliations and report all financial transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house service area.
  • Collaborate with the floor team to ensure guest satisfaction during high-traffic periods.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and hospitality standards at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Cashier, Waiter, or in a retail/hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic numeracy skills and high attention to detail for financial accuracy.
  • Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and professional workplace conduct.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
