Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests and ensuring all their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Accurately manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing cash, credit, and other payment methods while maintaining a precise cash flow throughout shifts.
- Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliation, prepare deposit slips, and report any discrepancies to the management team.
- Manage incoming calls, reservations, and inquiries regarding track events, parties, and venue packages.
- Assist the marketing department with creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with operations, F&B, and track staff to facilitate seamless guest experiences during peak hours and special events.
- Upsell Drift Motor Speedway memberships, merchandise, and race packages to maximize guest enjoyment and revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Cashier, Receptionist, or Front Desk Agent in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests and team members.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with POS systems.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in assisting with social media content creation (photography, caption writing, or video editing is a bonus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and possibly shifting schedules to align with our 7-day operations.
- Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and have a professional appearance with a friendly and positive demeanor.
