Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash transactions at the cafe reception with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform front desk reception duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Greet all visitors and guests warmly, providing information about resort amenities and local attractions.
- Process various payment methods and handle customer complaints or requests professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for the cafe and reception area.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of cafe supplies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cashiering or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
