Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure all transactions are handled with 100% accuracy, including cash, credit card, and digital payment methods.
- Provide friendly and professional greeting to every guest entering the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area at all times.
- Assist in preparing simple menu items or beverages during peak periods when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and solution-oriented professionalism.
- Perform daily cash-out reconciliation and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and company financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong numerical skills and experience handling cash transactions.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and polite attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment.
