Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment methods with high attention to detail.
- Greet customers warmly and provide information about products or ongoing store promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and surrounding displays.
- Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with inventory restocking and merchandise visual merchandising as needed.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Previous experience as a Cashier, retail assistant, or in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Highly organized with excellent mathematical aptitude and honesty.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Polite, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment in the Kuta area.
