- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seating them promptly.
- Take and transmit accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Process payments efficiently, handle cash transactions, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area, including wiping down tables and polishing glassware.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure presentation meets our quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Cross-train as a server to support the team during peak hours and busy events.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Previous experience in a similar cashier or server role is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills with the ability to handle money accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn.
