Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system as a Cashier.
- Provide friendly, efficient table service and manage order flow.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, plating, and ingredient organization.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure all safety and health regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar hospitality or F&B role.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
