Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet customers and provide expert recommendations on our French pastry selection.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house service area.
- Monitor display cases to ensure items are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure product availability and order accuracy.
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to complement our bakery offerings.
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar cashier or service role within a bakery or café setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Good verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- A disciplined work ethic with high standards for personal hygiene and presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic island environment.
