Bio Tosca Aesthetics is a premier aesthetic clinic committed to providing top-tier service and professional care. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our professional team in Jakarta Pusat. As our Cashier, you will be the face of our clinic for our valued clients. You will ensure seamless financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide an exceptional customer experience. This role requires precision, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including cash, credit card, and digital payment processing.
- Maintain accurate logs and reconcile daily cash drawer balances with Point of Sale (POS) records.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients regarding clinic services and pricing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for clinic management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and cashier station.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure all customer billing data is correctly inputted.
- Handle end-of-day closing procedures according to company financial protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Cashier or Teller.
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and basic office software (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
- Highly disciplined, honest, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Well-groomed appearance and a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work full-time hours in the Jakarta Pusat area.
