Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure repeat business.
- Verify product prices and promotions during the checkout process.
- Reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
- Assist with store inventory counts and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns regarding transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail for financial accuracy.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office computer software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours effectively.
- High integrity, discipline, and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
