Join Mitra10 as a Cashier Team Leader and lead the front-line operations of our retail store in Banyumas. This pivotal role combines financial management with team leadership, ensuring seamless customer experiences while maintaining accurate store financial records. You'll oversee daily cash handling, supervise cashier staff, and implement operational protocols that drive efficiency and service excellence. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be instrumental in training new staff, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining compliance with financial reporting standards. - Manage daily cash operations including cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Lead and supervise cashier team members, providing guidance on procedures and customer service
- Train staff on point-of-sale systems, cash management protocols, and store policies
- Monitor checkout operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in customer transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and address complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare daily financial summaries and reports for store management
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure compliance with security procedures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail cashier or cash management roles
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial details
- Team leadership experience with ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking capability
- Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional business training preferred
