Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park, one of Indonesia's most iconic cultural landmarks, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cashier Team Leader to oversee our daily financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our front-line transaction integrity, ensuring that thousands of visitors have a seamless experience while maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting and accountability.
As our Cashier Team Leader, you will lead a team of ticketing and cashier staff, providing guidance, monitoring daily cash flows, and ensuring that all transactions are processed with precision. You will be responsible for reconciling cash inflows and outflows, managing daily reports, and implementing best practices for financial security. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the daily operations of the ticketing and cashier team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash inflows and outflows against point-of-sale (POS) system records.
- Monitor and manage daily petty cash and revenue deposits with high accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in transaction records or customer billing issues effectively.
- Maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure the security of financial assets.
- Coordinate with the finance department for end-of-day audit procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a cashier, accounting, or finance supervision role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized POS systems.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 5+ staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume visitor environment.
- Strong integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial transactions.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
